Rates for Christmas and New Year week are £200.00.00 per week. Lower rates for Long-Term Rentals.

This Fabulous privately owned apartment is in a small development situated only 100 meters from the Old-Town. It has a South-facing terrace with morning sun and views to the sea and mountains. It is exceptionally well furnished to a very high standard. Our Agents Liz and Barry Davis will meet and greet you (normal hrs 07.am-10.00pm) with keys on arrival and will be on hand to assist you with any queries you may have through-out your stay. A 'Welcome Grocery Pack' can also be provided on request. The apartment is available from 15:00pm on the day or your arrival and we would kindly request that you vacate no later than 10.00 am on the day of your departure. The rental includes electricity. Linen and towels are provided (except beach towels). Cleaning is paid separately from the rental and is paid directly to our agents and is compulsory. Additional fresh linen and cleaning can be ordered through our agents. A refundable deposit is required of £150.00
