The Apartment is approximately 3 years old and is exceptionally well furnished to a very high standard. It is furnished with all the modern fittings you would expect such as: fridge, cooker and hob, washing machine, CD, DVD player, safe, iron and Free View TV.

This Fabulous one bedroom apartment is in a small development 100m from the old part of Town. It has a South-facing terrace with morning sun and views to the sea and mountains.

The bedroom has a Queen size bed with fitted wardrobes, Welsh dresser and ceiling fan. The large lounge consists of dinning table with four chairs, sofa bed, ceiling fan and patio doors leading onto the terrace. The modern bathroom has basin, shower and WC.

Long term renters are welcomed but  we are sorry no smoking is allowed and no pets, the area is unfortunately unsuitable for the elderly and infirm and is inaccessible for wheelchair users.

Frigiliana www.frigiliana.org has spectacular views of the Higueron River, which lies, in the Chillar Valley. It has a sub-tropical climate, which has attracted population since pre-history. The Romans built a fort here but sadly  it no longer remains. The history of the village is pictured in 12 mosaics in the old quarter, created by Pilar Garcia Millan.

As you wander the steep and narrow streets you can imagine where donkeys once walked. Brightly painted houses with colourful doors adorn the narrow passages. At the top you will find an interesting if not plain church. Opposite is a pleasant square to rest and enjoy a traditional meal. There are many fine restaurants hiding away and you must seek them out. For more information click here for a “word” document “Exploring Spain”
